I recommend booking just after your 20 week scan. To book I take a £100 deposit and pencil you in for your due date or thereabouts. When baby arrives, you let me know and we then confirm the exact day and time for your newborn shoot.

Please fill out my contact form with your details, the type of session you are looking to book and your desire date. I will get back to you as soon as I can, and once we agreed on the date and location I will send you a contract to sign and an invoice for deposit. Your booking will only be confirmed once your £100 deposit is paid.

The best time to capture newborn photos is in their first 2 weeks of life. Its's a wonderful way to capture how tiny, curly and pure newborn babies are at this age.

But if you'd like to give yourself a little more time to settle that is absolutely fine too. I love photographing babies of all ages. My style is natural so if your baby is more alert during our session is totally fine. Babies don't need to be sleeping for my sessions. If they sleep fine, if not no problem.

Once your booking is confirmed I will send you a style guide to help you prepare for your session. I work with neutral tones, whites and creams and tend to advise for baby to be in a simple cream romper. Knit outfits also look super cute too! Choosing the right outfit is the difference between a good shoot and a great one! I've put together my top tips to guide you through your styling choices and make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

If you don't have time or don't want to stress thinking about your outfits, you can choose anything from my client wardrobe. It's all yours!

Please arrive 10 minutes before your shoot so we can get to have a chat and you feel comfortable before we start. Don't worry about what to do. I will be there posing and prompting you to get the best results we can. I want you to enjoy the moment and leave the rest with me.

During a newborn session I will be led by your baby. No extreme posing or faff, just a few comfortable and natural poses which will allow baby to feel calm, comfortable and content. This also allows the photos I capture to be as unique as your baby. We will go with the flow, whether baby is awake or asleep we will be sure to capture some beautiful little moments.

I will deliver your gallery with the best photos within 2-3 weeks after your session. You will be able to choose 10 digital images included in your paid package. There is also an option to buy more photos or upgrade the package to get the whole gallery if you wish.
